As always, our support team is happy to assist our customers with any questions.ĪRCTIC Liquid Freezer II with RGB is now available in 280 and 420 model sizes. In the video, we show how to exchange the gasket, the copper cold plate, and also provide detailed instructions to ensure the replacement is done easily and effectively. Replacing the gasket and copper cold plate is done in a few simple steps and does not require any expertise. HOW DOES THE SERVICE KIT WORK? WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE? Providing this service kit to our customers is a sustainable and environmentally friendly process, which upholds our company's commitment to creating a brighter, cleaner environment while reducing downtime. With this service kit, our customers can easily replace the gasket and copper plate of their Liquid Freezer II themselves within minutes and without any expertise. In order to ensure the shortest possible interruption, we have developed an at-home service kit to safely guarantee the 6-year life expectance of the product. We know that our customers depend on their cooling solutions. We have also marked these products with a “QC Passed” sticker. We have since increased quality assurance and quality control testing. We recommend that all affected coolers are serviced as soon as possible.Īll products that were on the market and in our warehouses have been subjected to additional quality control testing and have been replaced to ensure that no affected products entered the market. ![]() The chemical reaction and degeneration of the gasket is a slow process and can occur within the 6-year warranty period. If this has happened, it can lead to a reduction in cooling performance and potential loss of cooling liquid. This reaction may lead to sulfur residue and copper plate deposits. In certain units, the gaskets were not sufficiently vulcanized causing a chemical reaction to occur between the copper cold plate and the gasket. WHAT IS THE ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED? This can affect cooling performance and is also known as "potential fluid loss." Certain versions manufactured between May 2021 and March 2022 have an insufficiently vulcanized seal, resulting in a chemical interaction with the copper cold plate. The water loop is sealed, therefore no water or additives have to be refilled.A manufacturing flaw has been detected in Arctic's Liquid Freezer II series processor coolers. This prevents overheating, especially when overclocking, and allows for continous heavy loads. ![]() Unlike most pumps from our competitors, which run at full load even when idle, our pump clocks down consuming less power and producing less noise if no cooling is needed, even with its additional fan for VRM cooling.Īn additional 40 mm fan next to the pump helps to cool the motherboard‘s VRM chips. ![]() The Liquid Freezer II Series features an all-new, in-house developed PWM-controlled pump with a copper base, improved efficiency, low power usage and quiet operation. Newly Developed In-House PWM-Controlled Pump We recommend the Liquid Freezer II Series, an all-in-one CPU water cooler for those looking for superior performance and low noise level at a fair price. Our powerful P-fans provide a fast heat transfer thanks to their high static pressure and outstanding performance. The CPU AiO water cooler has integrated cable management within fully sleeved tubes for a clean look in your PC’s case. The new pump of the Liquid Freezer II Series ensures an ideal ratio of high CPU cooling performance to low noise levels. ![]() For the Liquid Freezer II Series, we have used our experience in CPU water cooling to develop a completely new compact water cooling pump. At ARCTIC, we are proud of our completely new all-in-one CPU water cooler series.
